On 13th February 2010 at 10am, celebrity chef Ken Hom will be the main guest on the Chinese New Year special of Saturday Kitchen on BBC1. 2010 will be the Year of the Tiger, and to celebrate, Ken will most definitely be cooking up some delicious Chinese meals using his favourite Tao stainless steel peking wok.
