The NutriWok Kit comes in 2 sizes, standard 31cm or family 35cm wok, and includes:
- A carbon steel wok featuring an improved dishwasher safe non-stick coating (Paoflon) and a contemporary phenolic handle with Ken Hom signature (35cm wok also features a phenolic helper handle)
- All essential cooking accessories: stainless steel lid, tempura rack, slotted turner
- A new "healthy eating" recipe book, written with the advice of expert nutritionist Wynnie Chan. The book includes 40 Ken Hom unique recipes, all featuring nutritional information as well as hints and tips on how to eat more healthily while using your wok
- And an exclusive NutriWok DVD of Ken cooking on location in his house in Catus, South of France. Ken shows how to cook some of the recipes included in the recipe book and gives out some of his expertise in stir-fry cooking.
